Angle clamp for connecting ropes
The electrical connection in the electric fence is of crucial importance. A poor connection in the fence system can ensure that no or only a significantly reduced electric shock is felt behind the connection point. All connections in the electric fixed fence must be screwed. Only galvanised (preferably hot-dip galvanised) screws or clamps or those made of stainless steel should be used as materials. Rust at joints has an insulating effect, i.e. the current flow is impeded and the fence voltage drops.
