For the optimum alley design

The patented, design-protected Active Duo slotted floor from PATURA promotes animal comfort, is durable and can also reduce NH3 emissions in the cow barn by up to 40 %. With a service life of at least 15 years, the slotted floor offers a very long service life compared to other solutions on the market.
The non-slip and simultaneously deformable material has an integrated, tear-resistant fabric insert, which ensures that the material remains permanently stable and never changes its form.

Thanks to the grooves, liquids are drained away in a controlled way and separated from the solids. The ventilation of the claws is ideally ensured and the claws can dry and harden very well.

The use of a manure scraper is possible without any problems; the matching manure removal bar with cleaning bristles is included in the delivery, in the same way as the required nail anchors.

By installing the Active Duo slotted floor, every farmer can improve animal welfare in his barn and increase cow performance with little effort. If required, the slotted floor can also be used as a stable mat when turned upside down.
