The PATURA Pasture Gate for horses provides horse-safe and easy access to the pasture. To ensure the highest level of animal safety, all pipe distances are based on the guidelines for horse keeping of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). Pipe clearances of at least 30 cm ensure that the animals cannot get their head caught between the pipes. With a pipe distance of maximum 5 cm, the area is considered to be safe from penetration, so that a maximum of safety is provided. The additional covers of the eye bolts protect against sharp edges in the animal area. The guard rod for gap prevents animals from getting caught in the gap between the hinged side of the gate when jumping up. Hexagon socket screws in the 4 clamps further reduce the risk of injury.
